Serious problems are putting your email or website at risk. Start with the first fix this week.

Do this first

Your newsletter tool isn't set up to send email as you

Customers may find your newsletters in spam. One change fixes it.

About 5 minutes Needs your Cloudflare login

  • Important Your website will show a security warning in 12 days
  • Worth a look Your web address is due for renewal this month

What you get

Four things you can stop worrying about

Your emails reach the inbox

Invoices, quotes and newsletters land where customers will see them, not in spam.

Make scams in your name much harder

See who is sending email as your business, and tell inboxes to turn the fakes away without blocking your own mail.

Your website stays up and trusted

Hear before your site shows a security warning, your web address lapses, or a change knocks it offline.

You hear about it first

Urgent problems reach you straight away by email or team chat. Everything else waits for a short Monday summary.

How it works

Questions

Good questions to ask

Do I need to be technical?

No. Every problem is in everyday words, and every fix says exactly what to do. Or send it to your IT person.

Will Hillsphere change anything on my website or email?

No. We only look. You, or the person you send a fix to, make each change, and we check that it worked.

What exactly do you check?

For the curious: SPF and DKIM (settings that prove your email really comes from you), DMARC (your rule for fake email, and reports on who sends as you), MX (where your email is delivered), your website's security certificate, your domain's renewal date, and changes to your DNS (the settings that point your address at your website and email). The free check covers what anyone can see; signing up adds the rest.

Does my IT person need an account?

No. They get a link with everything they need, and can tell you it's done from the same page.

Will I get a flood of alerts?

No. Only urgent problems interrupt you. Everything else waits for the Monday summary, and you can snooze anything that can wait.

How much does it cost?

The check is free. For plans, write to us at hello@hillsphere.io.
